we use our database which has grown over 16 years and our valid reliable network. we combine these with ai tools which we use to calibrate the direction. in addition we make use of reputable social networks and approach suitable candidates through various channels. we have mastered the classic “telephone identification” because we learned it from the ground up. in the end it all comes down to one thing: passion.
at the beginning of our collaboration we define the challenges of the position, expectations, essential qualifications, professional experience and personality traits. we incorporate all this information into the position profile which is then approved by the client. we inform our clients every two weeks about the current status of the search in the form of a candidate overview.

1. identification of potential candidates using the methods mentioned above.
2. initial telephone contact to gauge initial interest and gather preliminary information.
3. sending a “detailed” position profile to private contact details. we do not place advertisements.
4. after receiving a structured resume we conduct an initial telephone interview. we clarify the professional qualifications and clarify the framework conditions.
5. personal interview: ensuring professional and personal suitability through a competency-based interview. this includes career assessment with answers to position-related questions, strengths, values, development potential and personal assessment.
6. creation of a confidential report containing: contact details, cv, summary of career and the informations from personal interview. the report is in encrypted form. we only present candidates in written form if we are convinced of their suitability. quality over quantity .
7. presentation of an initial round of three up to five candidates. we accompany the presentation on site or digitally.
8. obtaining references, conducting personality tests (big five model, disg model, bochumer inventory for work-related personality (bip), myers-briggs type indicator (mbti)).
9. we accompany the candidates until the contract is signed. we are in regular contact to keep the candidates up to date so that we can intervene immediately.
10. after starting in the new position we remain in contact with the candidates and client.
11. if circumstances lead to a separation of the parties we will fill the vacancy free of charge.
